Donation Box Placement Scheme
General Procedure and guidelines
- Partner Organisation confirm to join HKSPC’s Donation Box Placement Scheme.
- Fill out HKSPC Donation Box Booking Form and submit to HKSPC.
- After receiving the form, HKSPC staff will contact the responsible person of the partner organisation to arrange the delivery and collection dates.
- Our staff will deliver donation box(es) on an agreed date. The responsible staff of the partner organisation will be asked to sign and officially stamp on the “HKSPC Donation Box Delivery Acknowledgment”
- The donation box(es) has/have to be returned to HKSPC on the agreed date. The responsible staff of the partner organisation will be asked to sign and officially stamp on the “HKSPC Donation Box Returning Acknowledgement”.
Storage and Security of the Donation Box(es)
- The placement period should be specified clearly on the Donation Box Placement Booking Form.
- Each donation box has a chain attached. Please use the lock to fasten each donation box to a fix object for the sake of security.
- If the donation box(es) is/are full or damaged before the agreed due date, please contact HKSPC for replacement.
- In case the donation box(es) is/are stolen. HKSPC may request the partner organisation to report the incidence to the police to prevent the box(es) being further use illegally.
- Do not write or attach any information on the donation box(es) without prior permission from HKSPC.
*Please note that HKSPC staff may visit the partner organisation to check and ensure that the donation box(es) is/ are handled accordingly to the above guidelines.
