Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing Society’s IT strategies in order to meet the Society’s financial and operational needs
  • Lead IT team to provide day to day operational support for users (such as M365, Google platform, PCs, servers, networking and website maintenance, etc.)
  • Provide technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of system infrastructure, data architecture, performance, and service monitoring
  • Develop and implement appropriate IT and information security policies, procedures and standards, covering on-site and remote access across devices, data privacy, and critical incidents response
  • Take the lead and collaborate with services units in planning, managing and executing digital transformation projects within approved schedule and budget
  • Manage third party vendors and consultants, and prepare, negotiate and monitor compliance and performance

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 10 years or above in managing and directing IT operations, project management, business planning, and outsourced services
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in setup & maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure, Active Directory, M365, virtualization knowledge (VMWare) and network security technology
  • Proactive working attitude, efficient in troubleshooting, identifying problems and providing solutions Demonstrate successful delivery of projects that needed an IT solution – Business project using big data / AI would be an advantage
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
