Deputy Director (Corporate Services)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate financial strategies for the Society
  • Implement financial objectives and plans for the Society and monitor the Society’s financial performance and control
  • Ensure compliance with the statutory audits and financial reporting requirements of various funding bodies and relevant statutory boards as well as other regulatory and legal matters
  • Drive business re-engineering and digitalization projects in the Society
  • Oversee financial management, general administration, building services and information technology and coordinate with different services to achieve defined objectives of those functions
  • Oversee Society’s information technology and works projects as assigned by the Director
  • Prepare papers and reports to Society’s committees

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 15 years relevant working experience in relevant areas with a minimum of 5 years of senior managerial experience or leadership position
  • Professional accounting qualification: Certified Public Accountant or equivalent will be an advantage
  • Prior exposure to NGO experience is preferred
  • Good track record in driving changes and has demonstrated team leadership qualities
  • Strong financial and project management skills
  • Good leadership, staff management, negotiation, planning, organizing and problems solving skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese are required
