Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate data collection (both qualitative and quantitative)
- Assist in literature review and data analysis
- Support in interview facilitation
- Collaborate with the research team and partners to ensure project goals are met
- Assist in administrative support and other ad-hoc activities as instructed by supervisors
- Occasionally working irregular hours will be required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Competent knowledge of research processes, methodologies, research techniques and models
- Strong computer proficiency, including advanced excel and SPSS
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical and problem solving skills, flexible and detail-minded
