Although babies don’t have teeth yet, their oral health should not be neglected.

A joint-day-crèches parent talk themed around oral health was held on 25th October. We were honored to have Dr. Frankie So Hon-ching, a registered dentist, as our guest speaker.

The talk was conducted in a hybrid format, supporting both online and in-person participation. Over 100 parents and child care workers attended the session.

Dr. So shared several practical tips on baby oral health, covering key areas such as:

• Common causes of tooth decay in infants
• The important relationship between baby teeth and permanent teeth
• Effective oral and dental care methods for babies
