Children's Residential Home Collecting Items

Milk Powder

  • Brand & model: Nestle NAN Pro 1/2/3
  • Must be unopened
  • At least 3 months from the labeled date of expiry (6 months for over 100 cans)

Disposable Diapers

  • Brand & model:
    • Pampers S/M/L/XL
    • Huggies S/M/L/XL
  • Must be unopened

Other Service Units' Collecting Items

Accept
  • suitable for children from newborn to aged 6, children aged 6-16 and their families
  • toys, stationery, clothing and/or daily necessities
  • new and unopened
  • large quantity, i.e. at least 20 pcs for each type
  • food directly delivered from manufacturers or food retailers
Not Accept
  • plush toys, furniture
  • second-hand or used items
  • long-term display items

How to donate

  • Please fill in the below "Materials or Services Donation" form. We will contact you within 2 weeks on whether we are in need of the items.

 

  • After receiving our confirmation, please directly deliver the items to HKSPC headquarters to help minimize the administrative cost.

  • Donated items will be distributed by our staff to our service centres according to their needs. Undistributed items may be used for charity sale by HKSPC.

Guidelines for Donation in Kind

  • Donations will be accepted based on the inventory status of the materials in order to avoid waste from excess stock.
  • Items to donate shall not be hazardous to children, and shall not include sexual, indecent, gambling, violent and horror elements. The items also shall not violate copyright, hygiene, religious and moral controversies.
  • Once items are donated, no return is provided.
