The first three years of life is a golden period for infants and young children. To lay the foundation for their learning and holistic development, we provide childcare services, including a children residential home and day crèches​, for families who are unable to provide appropriate care, working parents, or in other need.

Our childcare services adhere to the concept of 'equal emphasis on education and care', providing children a living and learning environment that is a combination of care and nurturing to meet their developmental needs.
