Since 1926, HKSPC has worked to promote early childhood wellbeing. We believe that all of society benefits when children experience a happy childhood.

With a wide range of services, including childcare, pre-primary education, family service, social work, rehabilitation and parenting support, HKSPC has become a trusted resource for families. We are the advocate for early childhood wellbeing.
