Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end facilities lifecycle for sole-owned buildings and service units, ensuring environments are safe, high-performing, and conducive to productivity;
- Planning, budgeting, and financial monitoring all costs for facility management; prepare annual budgets, track income and expenditure, and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including internal department and end-users to address operational needs, facility requests, and service complaints in a timely manner.
- Supervise and coordinate in-house FM staff and external contractors; conduct regular site and operational meetings; monitor service performance against agreed standards and KPIs.
- Oversee the full spectrum of the Society’s facilities management functions including security, repair & maintenance, cleaning, gardening, carpark management and general upkeep to ensure high service quality and regulatory compliance.
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement and operational efficiency; implement continuous improvement measures and ensure adherence to relevant statutory, safety, and Society’s requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for relevant government departments, external agencies, and other parties to maintain productive working relationships and uphold the Society’s image.
- Lead the preparation of bidding documents and manage tender procedures to ensure strict adherence to internal policies and Government procurement guidelines;
- Perform ad-hoc assignments and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- University degree holder or above in Facilities Management, Property Management, Building Service Engineering, or related disciplines;
- Corporate membership of CIH, HKIH, HKIS, RICS, HKIFM or equivalent;
- Holder of a valid Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License;
- At least 8 years' in property or facilities management field with at least 3 years in managerial level;
- Adaptive and open-minded, Customer-oriented, with excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skill;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Facilities Officer.
