Job Duties:
- Assist in carrying out addition & alteration (A&A), improvement, repair & maintenance works from project inception to completion
- Coordinate with in-house departments to formulate routine maintenance and preventive management plans to suit the Society’s requirement; and implement repair and maintenance works accordingly
- Prepare tenders in accordance with the Society’s and Government procedural guidelines
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice on repair & maintenance works
- Monitor works progress, handover and project acceptance to ensure quality and cost compliance with the Society’s requirement
- Manage asset documentation including contractors’ submissions and update as‑built drawings and documents
- Provide emergency call support and on-site attendance for troubleshooting
- Execute safety & health practices, and implement energy conservation plans to suit the Society’s and statutory requirement
- Perform ad-hoc duty as assigned
Requirement:
- A recognized University Degree in Building Services/ Building Surveying or related disciplines
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in property management field
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A0) or above;
- Knowledge in building ordinance and relevant regulations
- Self-motivated, independent and can work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
