Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the year end budget process and periodic evaluation of actual performance
• Collaborate closely with the service units for key budget assumptions and new developments
• Prepare ad hoc management reports and analysis
• Develop KPI to drive performance, strategic initiatives and annual targets
• Perform variance analysis and make recommendations

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management or related disciplines
• Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in managerial role
• Knowledge in Education Bureau (EDB) and Social Welfare Department (SWD) regulations and requirements preferred
• Knowledge in ERP implementation is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal
